Refund policy
At CalmForest35, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that occasionally a product may not be the right fit for your home or needs. For that reason, we provide eligible customers with free returns and refunds within 30 days, subject to the conditions below.
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible for our standard return program except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please do not send a product back without first contacting us. Our team will provide applicable return instructions.
Free Returns
For returns accepted under this policy, CalmForest35 provides free return service. Customers should follow the return method and instructions supplied by our support team.
Using an unauthorized return method or sending merchandise to an address not provided by our support team may delay processing.
Return Eligibility
Unless otherwise required by law, returned merchandise should be the same product purchased from CalmForest35 and should include the parts and accessories originally supplied with the product.
Products should not be intentionally damaged, materially altered, or returned in a condition resulting from misuse or improper handling.
Reasonable inspection of a product after delivery does not automatically make an item ineligible for return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive an item that appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the product ordered, contact support@CalmForest35.space as soon as reasonably possible.
Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested where reasonably necessary to understand the problem and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters processing or shipment. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once fulfillment has begun.

Exchanges

Missing Packages
If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, check the delivery area, household members, reception areas, and any location where the carrier may reasonably have left the parcel.
